In consideration of the acceptance of our/my entry and of my/our being permitted to take part in the above event, I/we agree to abide by the rules established by you, a written copy of which I/we have received, and all proper directions given to me/us on the day of the event by you and your appointed marshals and to save harmless and keep indemnified the Howick Santa Parade Organisers, together with other entrants or passengers, you and their respective servants, representatives and agents, from and against all losses, actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death of or injury to or damage to the property of myself, my driver(s), passenger(s) or any other persons arising out of or in connection with this entry or my taking part in this event.
